We specialize in rolling mill automation with Level I, level II, Mathematical Process Models, HMI, Level III/PPC and Data Warehousing systems. The emphasis is on process control systems that adapt, learn and provide users with the information that they need, enabling them to continuously improve their operations

Besides developing complex automation software, we have successfully installed, commissioned and maintained many hot rolling mills, process lines, cold rolling and plate mills all over Asia and North America and have successfully executed a variety of projects in the industrial automation sector.

Our Software expertise is in C, C++, ADA, Java, Visual Basic, Oracle, x/motif and Fortran for VMS, win/NT/XP, Unix & PLC systems. We have extensive experience in General Electric, Siemens, VAI, ABB, Allen Bradley and Honeywell automation systems.

In the last 6 years our consultants have commissioned the FM and RM models for Benxi, China (2001-2002). Re-tuned the models and level II system for Essar Steel (2003-2005), supported JSW Steel Limited in their HSM Automation Upgrade (2006-2007) and are presently Re-tuning the mathematical models for Global Steel, Philippines and JSW Plate Mill in Baytown, USA.
